  • In a team of 5 people, performed market study on manufactured equipment for disabled people in horse riding centers in France and Germany in order to identify opportunities on the German market.
  • Conducted an analysis of the internal processes in order to identify the capabilities of the company to export.
  • Planned the logistics to export the product by contacting carriers and making quotations.

RISE, Gender Diversity Group

RISE, standing for Real Initiatives Seek Equality, is CACIB’s in-house Gender Diversity organization aiming at raising awareness on Gender Diversity issues and unconscious bias.

Executive Committee Member – Hong Kong   –   Sep 2017 – Present

Worked with 16 other committee members on raising awareness about Gender Diversity inside CACIB.

– Defining and putting in place the strategy and the objectives of RISE.

– In charge of internal communication and media. Edited a video presenting RISE and its actions that was presented during CACIB’s Hong Kong annual dinner.

– Took part in the organization of internal events with external consultants and CACIB’s top management.

Oxfam Trail Walker

The Oxfam Trail Walker (OTW) is a charity trail of 100km through the mountains of Hong Kong. The profits are used for projects against poverty in Asia and Africa.

Runner – Hong Kong   –   Nov 2016

Participated in the 2016 OTW within one of CACIB’s team of 4 people, crossing the New Territories of Hong Kong from East to West, and as a support team member for the 2017 OTW.

– A team of 4 people raising HKD 42,000 prior to the race.

– Walked 100km in 30 hours with a positive elevation of 4,500m.
